Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all relationships between BlingEurope (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company") and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") on our website. By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions of sale.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by BlingEurope.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the BlingEurope website on the day of the site's consultation by the customer. The products are described and presented with the greatest accuracy possible. However, should errors or omissions occur in this presentation, BlingEurope cannot be held liable.
3. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. BlingEurope reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
4. Orders
To place an order, you must:
- Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Validate your cart after verifying it.
- Complete the required information for delivery and payment.
- Confirm your order and proceed with payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. The sale will only be considered final after the confirmation email has been sent and the total amount of the order has been received.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. Payment information is encrypted and secure. The card will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and not contractual. In the event of a delivery delay, BlingEurope cannot be held responsible, and no compensation can be claimed by the customer.
7. Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
8. Returns and Exchanges
In the event of non-conformity of the products or delivery of a damaged item, you can return the products for an exchange or refund. Any anomaly must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Return shipping costs will be covered by BlingEurope in the event of an error on our part.
9. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing you to return defective or non-conforming delivered products. To invoke the warranty, retain the purchase invoice and contact our customer service.
10. Liability
BlingEurope cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. In any case, BlingEurope's liability will be limited to the amount of the order.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the BlingEurope website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of BlingEurope. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity, even partially, elements of the site.
12. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for processing your order and is treated with the utmost confidentiality. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data.
13. Disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
